I cannot comment on product quality since I do not have the product. The promise was for shipping within 14 business days. Now on Business Day 15 with no contact from Pure Health explaining why product has not shipped or when it will ship. The Dr. Oz was a great opportunity for this company which they seem to be messing up for themselves...

I placed an order about a month ago, & have not received my product yet...which was in stock. I have tried numerous times to contact the company to check the status of my order and the phone number does not work. I have also sent out an e mail which was never responded to. I don't even know if I can reach them in order to cancell my order.

I understand that after the Dr. Oz show, there's been an increase of order for the pure coffee extract...and have received notification emails that the company is working hard to processing orders. I have also followed up via phone and the woman I spoke to was very nice and explained the situation. However, if you have an increase amount of order, more staff or even temp staff should be hired to assist. I was told my order will ship out in 10-14 days after my order date. I feel I just lost my money and will probably not get my order. I will go to another company to order in the future.

I had something come up on my email from amazon, but it never said it was from pure health. I sent an email, they said that they were backed up. Its been almost 14 days now and I have yet to hear anything from this company.

placed an order 5/3, received a survey request 5/10 and today is 5/21 and I still have yet to receive my order. No responses on email to the site directly and the number they provided does not work.... Do not order from this site!!!!!

Its been 22 days since I placed my order ! I contacted customer service thru email because could not get thru the phone- message box was full supposeably-Im sure everyone else was calling for the same reason! mail box was full, so I was unable to speak with anyone after several attempts to call. I email customer service and was advise, Oh yes, I see your product was shipped and you should recieve within 2dys ) Well 6dys later and im still waiting ! I decided to cancel my order ! nobody is going to wait almost 30dys for one little bottle of pure green coffee bean! very disappointed and will never place another order with this company !

It has been THREE WEEKS since my purchase and I have yet to receive my order!!!!! You have charged my credit card. This is ROBBERY. SHAMEFUL!!!!!!!!!!! I got an email two days after my order was placed making excuses that due to the recent Dr. Oz segment, you are over-worked, etc., blah, blah, blah. I have NOT received ANY communication since!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! UPDATE: I wrote the review above 5 days ago. I got a response from Stacy, and a series of emails ensued...initially she was quick to respond. She was going to email me my tracking information, (which the company claimed would be emailed to me when the order shipped, but I never received). Then she stated she needed my last name to look up my order (I had figured my order was linked with the email I provided Pure Health. It would have been helpful had Stacy been specific in her first reply). In any case, I immediately emailed her my last name. That was TWO DAYS ago, and I haven't received a response since. Oh, and by the way you all...I placed my order on April 28. That's just shy of FOUR WEEKS ago. Steer clear of this company. It's the WORST I've EVER seen. I've been beyond patient and I'm finally fed up.

I made my purchase over 10 days ago. Both products were listed as "in stock and available to ship." Yet there has been no shipment after 12 days and Pure Health has ignored three e-mails from me. To make matters worse, two days after I placed my order there were 6 unauthorized charges attempted on my credit card. Thank goodness my credit card company recognized them as suspicious and did not approve them. I had to cancel my card. Very fishy...and even if Pure Health was not involved in the theft of my card number, they have horrible customer service. I will never purchase anything from them again and am currently in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card.
