I recently placed my 2nd order with Pure Health since 4/26. I received my 1st order after approximately 3 weeks which was acceptable to me considering the circumstances this company was faced with. I WILL order from this company again with no hesitation. I THANK YOU for all your hard work in the face of such overwhelming adversity. For all of you that are just now trying to order or are still waiting...Keep the Faith...this company is real and the people trying to cope with this onslaught are real, just as you are. Take yourselves a deep breath..... and smile. Your product will arrive. Update: I received my 2nd order in a reasonable amount of time. I think it was about 2-3 weeks. Considering what this small company has had to deal with, I was pleased. Please people, give them a(nother) chance to work through this terrible time of growing pains! It is not a scam company! Be nice!

Thank you for a quality product! I just received my first order, placed on April 26th and I am awaiting the second order (two bottles) placed on the same date. I have to say I am very surprised at all of the negative feedback I've read from impatient customers. I can only imagine that the surge in popularity for this 100% green coffee bean has this company working many long hours. Show a little understanding for another person's situation people and give this business a chance to prove their worth! SECOND ORDER received today! My orders were placed on 4/26 and they both arrived in excellent condition. The Pure Health products I received are sealed and dated with the same attention and care I see with items in health stores. My order also came with a very informative Pure Health booklet. This company has proven to be reliable and trustworthy! Sad to read the comments and see so many intolerant people out there who so easily attack. This Company is great. My order arrived earlier than I expected right to my door through UPS. I received exactly what I ordered without hassle and with no hidden costs. I will be ordering again next month for a new supply. Very reputable.

Very impressed with this company's communication to its customers despite the inundation of orders it received recently. I am being patient as requested and have no problem doing so. It helps that they post on Facebook.

I had originally posted a very frustrated email because I have yet to receive my order that was placed on 4/27/12, but after reading their Facebook page I'm feeling bad for the company. I was told that I would receive an email once my order shipped and have not so I went to he web site, clicked on the customer service tab and entered my confirmation number that was in the email I recieved after ordering. It shows that my order did ship on 5/13/12 so I am hopeful that I will receive it soon. I'm sure with trying to fill all the orders, the email with shipping confirmation was not a priority. I am going to give this company a chance and hope to be a repeat customer! :) I RECEIVED MY ORDER YESTERDAY, 3 DAYS AFTER IT SHIPPED. IF THIS WORKS, I WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK TO GET MORE. ASIDE FROM THE LONG SHIPPING, THIS IS A GREAT AND REPUTABLE COMPANY. THANK YOU!!
