I placed a order on 4/30/12 got a Invoice # 91698 & a Conf # F58465812D never heard anything back. I made a phone call inquire on several occasions but would not go through voice message full. Then I e-mailed on several occasions got one response that a large response and order backed up & should deliver in 10 to 14 day.. I still have not recevied a e-mail or phone message or the order as of 5-21-12 do you have eta of the order? I know you are busy but I am one of you patrons and for every complaint you receive there are nine who do not contact you but pass the information to their friends. Mona Eley

I ordered product almost 3 weeks ago and STILL have NOT received my pkg! Every time I call to ck on status the phone rings and rings and then a recording saying "this mailbox is full". I've already paid for product and guess I will have to dispute charges with my bank now. Ugh!!!

This is the first time I have used this site. I placed my order 14 days ago and do not have my product or an update to track my package. I called the 888 number and get an extremely long ring and no answer. I wonder if this is a real business.

I don't think you should be charged until item is filled. The item was ordered around (or before) 5/04/12, the poll sent 5/08/12 and it's 5/21/12 and I still haven't received my order! I feel ripped off!
