I got my first order! After my first experience, I gave it another try. I received my order promptly and received everything ordered. I am happy with the products. I like many others ordered pure green coffee bean extract after seeing it on Dr. Oz where millions of viewers saw Dr. Oz say how wonderful the product is for helping people lose weight. Pure Health LLC was inundated with orders and like me, we all wanted it yesterday. I ordered and received and e-mail about them being overwhelmed and adding workers to fill orders (good for them - great for their business). Obviously, this small company was ill prepared for the onslaught of orders and did the very best they could. I did receive my order yesterday and I would ask all to be patient - I don't think the deserve the "bad publicity" they are getting. They did come through - they aren't a scam company - JUST BE PATIENT. As for Dr. Oz - I think he should run for President because obviously he can create jobs instantly just by a suggestion on his T.V. show.

I found the correct product that I was looking for. I found that even though there was high demand I recieved my product in a reasonable amount of time.

This company is truly doing the best that they can given the circumstances in which they have found themselves. I found the customer services to be great! The email that I sent inquiring about the status of my order was answered within two hours of when I sent it. Yes, it took longer than expected to ship. However, while waiting for my order to arrive I simply went to Wal-Mart and bought a couple of bottles of green coffee bean extract to use until the ones that I purchased online arrived. Between cutting out my between-meal snacking and taking the extract twice a day I have lost 6 pounds over the last couple, so I do believe that the product works. This company has made an effort to communicate by sending out the first email explaining their situation and asking for patience and understanding, and also by replying to negative reviews continuing to explain the situation and reassuring customers that their orders will arrive, just later than expected. Everyone truly needs to just have a little bit of patience.

I appreciated the notification of shipping delays due to a "rush" on your product. Just received it and I enjoyed receiving documentation about Green Coffee Bean supplement. This is the only "pure" Green Coffee Bean product that is out there. It was worth the wait.
