It has been over 3 weeks and have not yet received a notice that my order has shipped. I have placed a couple of phone call & e-mails and each response is the same.....We are over whelmed & you will receive your order in 12-14 days from the day you ordered.....Well it's been longer than that and I still haven't even got an acknowledgment saying my order is going to be shipping. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered the pure green coffee bean supplement on 5/1/12 and as of today, 5/22/12, it has not even been shipped according to their web site. I have written three or four e-mails asking the status and received no replies. I have called numerous times and no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full so you can't even leave a message. If the product was out of stock, the very least they could do is to send an e-mail advising people that the product is out of stock and the anticipated delivery date. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Placed order on 4-30-2012...Still havent received order... tryed calling all i get is a busy signal...tryed puting my invoice # in the customer service web sight to check the status of my order and it says no info found....... So i get this email to voice my opinion on my order...:( Not happy

if i would have known it would take so long to get my order, i would have NOT used this website. when ordered i knew other sites were out due to the Dr. Oz show, but your website said 'no need to worry, you had plenty in stock'. well guess that was a lie! my credit card was charged thru pay pal right away and i still received no product.....then a week later, i finally get an email saying you are overwhelmed and trying to get the shipments out.....then another week goes by and nothing... then finally over 2 weeks, i finally get my order! i understand you were overwhelmed by the show, but you need to let you customers know that BEFORE we place our order! then at least give us a discount or something FREE for being so patient and not complaining or turning you in. poor customer service!!

I ordered from PureHealth, it has now been over 20 business days, I placed my order April 26th, and it is already May 22, and I have not gotten any email that these items have shipped. I was sent an email and was told that no matter what, our product would be in sent out within 14 business days. Guess what!!! 20 days and nothing yet, I am so disgusted by this company, I dont know if I will ever do business with them again. The worst part of this is that they have my credit card number, and that makes me very nervous, maybe I will just report them to the BBB!!! Good luck getting any product from them!! I believe they are a scam!!!!

I wrote to your company for my order but nobody answer my request.I am going to Canada next week and I wanted to know how long it takes for my order to be sended.No answer!!!!!I will have to cancell my order if I do not receive anything.

Put my order in on May 5, 2012, they immediately withdrew the money from my credit card. I have not received anything.I called and e-mailed. The phone wasn't ringing properly. The email said to be patient the order would take 7-10 days to ship but it's well past that. I still don't have any information about my order I find that very upsetting and frustrating for this kind of Business. I'm very disappointed. I've been VERY patient but I'm about to report this company is they don't ship very soon.

Begining to think Pure Health is scamming people. I know 2 other people who haven't received their order, and also did not get a responce
