I have not recieved.
I'm still waiting to receive my order! I ordered them on 5/4 and it is 5/22. So I can't give any feed back on the item just a poor score for no delivery. And when I call to track my order I get no answer! Very annoying.

4 weeks ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED
I ordered from be-well 4 weeks ago and my order has not arrived yet. I called customer service 1 week ago and the phone just rang and rang... I e-mailed customer service 1 week ago and have not yet received a response. Expensive lesson!!

Have not received product.
I placed an order on 05/04 with Pure Health for the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract and have not received the product. I was advised that I should receive the product within 5-7 business days. I have called the company and emailed the company and have not received any communication in regards to when the product will be mailed out. I am very dissatisfied with their service and communication. I will not be ordering product from them anymore.

Haven't rec'd product and ordered three weeks ago.
I'm very upset with this company. I placed an order and didn't receive it. If you try to call the toll free number it goes to voice message stating it's full. If you type in the confirmation number there is no way to track order. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!!

Stay Away!!
I can understand a company being busy after a Dr Oz show. But don't brag about being the only company in the country that has a product and then never ship anything because you are "inundated" with orders. It's been almost 4 weeks and still no product. Company won't even return emails now. Very disappointed potential customer.

Doesn't work
First off it make you very jittery, I don't feel any thing other then that. I have been on it for two weeks and I havn't lost anything. It also took three weeks to even get the stuff witch is to long. I will let eveyone know that this isn't worth the money. Angelina

Poor customer service
Order placed on 4/26/12 still have not received it. I was given USPS tracking number which showed the product was undeliverable and received back by the company on 5/10/12 but no one at the office can give me info on when they will be shopping back out. I spoke to a service person on 5/22 who was sooooo rude not to mention hung up on me. Very disappointed
