I ordered weeks ago, and still haven't gotten what I ordered. They sure did take my money, though.

The worst service I have ever received from an online purchase. No one answers the phone, ("mailbox full") and no assistance or resource on the website. I received a confirmation of my order on 4/30/12 and have yet to receive the product, or hear any update about it from the company. (today 5/22/12) Did they go out of business? I can't believe Dr. Oz recommended this company.

I really want to post my reviews yet because I still haven't received my order, it hasn't been a month yet.

Never received my order. I received an email confirmation with no tracking info, I cannot get through on the telephone and no one has replied to my emails. Where is my order? Conf #658566009E

I have emailed and tried calling. I have not recieved an order I placed on 5/3 and I have no idea where it is or how to get someone to answer me as to where it is....NEVER again will I order from them.

I am totally disappointed in your company. I had ordered product from you on April 26th and still have not recieved it yet. I have tried everything possible to find out about my order, to no avail. Finally I see on your web site that my order was sent on 5-11-12, and I still have not received my order. Thank God I used Pay Pal. The part that really ticks me off is that there is no way of finding out about my order. Good customer service is NOT ignoring your customers. Please respond to this, as I am filing a claim with paypal. My rating is -100.

My order has been placed for over 15 days and I have not yet received my order. It doesn't even say it has been shipped on the pure health website. I have emailed three times so far with no response and tried calling their service line getting only busy signal or endless ringing. The service stinks for this company!
