I never received my order and never received a reply to my email asking about it. When I called the phone was busy or jusy rang and rang. It went to voice mail after business hours but the v-mail was full and couldn't complain or find out what happened to my order. Very bad customer service, NONE.

I ordered by product on 5/5. I received the email with my confirmation and was charged on my credit card. However, it is now 5/22 and have not received anything. I emailed the company on 5/18 and have not received a response, I called the 1-888 number from the website its just a recording that states the mailbox is full and the operator just cycles back to the recording. I plan to call my credit card company tomorrow, file a complaint and get my money back from the company.

Do NOT buy from this company. They take your money and uyou never hear from them again. Claim they have items in stock - hahahahaha........Scam artists!!!!

We are very much a real company with real products- not a scam I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our delay has caused. We have received thousands of emails and calls daily and we are very overwhelmed by the amount of contact we have had since Dr. Oz promoted the Green Coffee Bean Extract because we and one of very few companies who have the pure product and we had no warning or notice he would be speaking on this product. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience! Thank you, Stacy

I haven't received my product yet (it's been over 2.5 weeks since I ordered), when I call the toll free number it just rings and rings and then says "This mailbox is full". I've emailed twice with no reply. Am I being scammed???

Ordered on April 26th - as of today May 21st no order. According to the website my order was shipped on May 12th yet there is tracking number. Will never order from this company again. I did order the same item from another company and received the order within a week. In stock my foot - have more people to work ---- I don't think so as no one answers the phone or the emails. SCAM!!!
