I ordered the product, and of course was required to pay for it immediately. It has now been 4 weeks and I have yet to receive what I ordered. If this is how they conduct their business I can't see how they have stayed in business.

Ordered my product 4/30. Got one email saying they were backed up, awhile back. Wrote an email still no response to check on my order! First time using and will be the last at this rate!

Hi Cheryl, I have your tracking info! We have 25 people answering phones all day and calls are coming in so consistently we have been unable to even get an outside line! I have 10,000 emails in our Pure Health inbox every day and only manage to get through an average of 4000 in our 15 hour day and I am very sorry I have been unable to reply sooner but if you email me directly I will get right back to you. I PLACED MY ORDER AND GOT A MESSAGE ABOUT HOW BUSY THEY WHERE BUT WILL SEND OUT ITEMS WELL GUESS WHAT CALLED THEM EMAILED THEM AND NO RESPONSE TO ANYTHING AND I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM OR GOT ANYTHING THAT I ORDER I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!

I ordered my product about a month ago, and since then I think I've sent what 4 emails?? If i was the owner of this company I would take a look at every single one of these reviews because NO ONE is happy with them.. If your product is on back order then send an email or something! But leaving a potential customer in the dark will not help AT ALL. I hope I can cancel this order, and find a better provider.

I placed a substantial order with this merchant, A MONTH AGO, and have still not received it! I did get an email stating that they had high demand on this product, however they were working overtime to get all orders filled in a timely manner. Right! Very disgusted with them, wish I could give -5 stars! I will surely spread the word....just hope I don't have to file a dispute with my financial institution to get this taken care of! In the meantime, I ordered the same product with a highly reputable merchant, and received it in under a week!
