It took a while to get my Green Coffee Bean Extract pills, but I understood that. There was great demand since the airing of the Dr. Oz show touting the pills... BUT, I ordered six bottles and only received 4. Mind you, I was charged for 6. I called customer service and they we're very nice and seemed upset that this mistake had happened. So, now I wait again to hopefully get my two other bottles.6-1-12 UPDATE!!! STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY 2 BOTTLES THAT I PAID FOR!!! I PLACED MY ORDER ON APRIL 27th.

I received a e-mail to check my order to see if correct. They spelled my name wrong. I talked to Jessica said she was a manager. She said she was very busy it did not matter my name was wrong and hung up on me. I'm telling all my friends not to buy vitamins from this fly by night company. Jean Wisdom

It's been 18 day's and no product.They will not respond to my Email. Stay away from this company.

i would love to give a fabulous review. Unfortunately that is impossible because i have not received the product yet.

I have called and emailed the company and have gotten no response. Did they go out of business. I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and I am in the process of canceling it.

you keep telling me that my order was sent,it has been 3 weeks and you charged my credit card which i will dispute.there is no way to get through to customer service as it just rings busy. i will NEVER do business with you again and i will report you to better business!!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, LIARS!!

Ordered some stuff ($76.94) from Pure Health on May 5, 2012 and still have not received my order or gotten any emails on the status of my order! If and when I get my order, I will go back to the company I was ordering from before. They always kept me updated on my orders and never took longer than 3-4 days to ship! Called the toll free # always finding the voice mail to be full and emailed them with no response! Not impressed with this company at all!!!!!!!!!!!
