I have yet to receive my product. It has yet to be shipped after weeks since first ordered. Cannot reach anyone by phone or email. The company sends out no communication on the status of my order. Very poor business practices! Very unprofessional!

Received an Item I did not order!!!! Company has completely ignored me!!!! VERY upset!!! You'll notice a associate named Stacy already responded, but this was on the 23rd of may. Today I am writing again after receiving the wrong product (5/30/12), and no response!!! This company doesn't seem to care unless it effects their feedback! Again all I can say is that I'm VERY VERY upset, and my next step will be to contact my bank, and to contact my local news to do an investigation on this company!

I placed an order a month ago, still no product. I have emailed and called more times than I can count, have taken so much time out of my busy schedule to deal with you ppl. I really can care less if you only have 25 ppl answering emails or calls, you ppl have to be making a mint off all these sales any smart business would hire more help rather then risk a bad reputation as you have cause your company. You're so quick to take ppls money but don't deliver the products. You may want to change the icon at the bottom of your home page to "our customers hate us" instead of "our customers love us". What a joke, I'm calling the BBB. Sorry I want my order sent to me YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can call the number to check on your order and everytime you get a message that is until the last couple of days. Now it has a strange ring and I have been unable to get through. This is not acceptable!!! I want to talk to some one.

I want my money back - Pure Health LLC was quick to debit my bank account about a month ago but I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I was charged for my order and never heard back from this company. I have sent them emails and tried calling with no answer. They need to return my money or send me my product.
