Good buying process; used paypal and expected shipment in a timely manner...but it took over 2 weeks to receive, and the tracking number they provided could never be traced. A timely email with true tracking info. would have been appreciated.

The product I am trying so far I have had no good results. In fact instead of loosing weight I have gained 4 pounds. I have not changed my diet and I don't eat excessively it has only been a week so I will give it more time. But of course right now I am not happy!!! .

My overall experience was good, although I didn't receive a full tracking number to track my package. However, I was impressed to receive a personal email when I had a question.

I love your company, my only issue is it seems to take a very long time to receive your order. Is there anything you can do to impove the amount of time from when the order is place to when the order is received at my home?

Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. Our normal shipping timeframe is about 7 business days. Company seems highly reputable. Good communication, free & timely shipping. Product is free of fillers and appears to be pure extract capsule. Only one big problem: it didn't deliver results. After 4 weeks of faithfully taking 2 capsules of green coffee bean extract 3X per day one-half hour before meals, I haven't lost any weight. Studies says that participants lose 17 lbs. in 22 weeks, based on 2000 calories per day. I have been eating under 1500 calories per day --should have lost 3-4 lbs.

I am enjoying using products from Pure Health because there are no other additives. I would appreciate receiving an email to track my order. The good thing is that you can email your question and someone will answer you promptly and take care of your issue! I will continue to order from Pure Health.
