Very slow arrival, no results!
I ordered this product after seeing the alleged benefits. I have not noticed any changes and I certainly have not lost weight. On the date that I ordered, I received an email the next day with a tracking number for shipment, but could not trace the package. The fact of the matter was, they had not shipped it. It took me 11 days from the initial purchase to recieve it. That to me is poor service. When I called to inquire, they were not very helpful. I will not order from them again.

Hi Ulanda, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 5 business days to get your package to you. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 7 days. That delay on top of the normal 5 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I am very sorry about this and that we could not communicate this to you when you contacted us. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this. Sincerly, Brent
