Hi Geneva, I was very sorry to read about your experience with our company. Normally, we are very good with our shipping process. I was glad to read though that we were able to get another package out to you. Let me explain our shipping timetable. Since we provide free shipping, we have to send everything ground. It takes 24-48hrs for us to process and pack your order. Then the package takes between 4-7 business days getting to you. Again, I am so sorry for the problem with the first order. If you are still not happy with our shipping time, you can always get our Green Coffee Bean Extract and Red Raspberry Ketones at your local Walmart and Sam's Club stores. Hi De, I am very sorry that this happened. It does say on our store policy page that we can only ship to US and Canada locations. It does not appear opeanly when you are placing the order. Our research has shown that 90-95% of people who take the supplement are losing weight while on the regimen. Hi Tura, I was very sorry to read about your order from us. I did some checking on the order and we actually emailed you the incorrect tracking #. Your number is LN314494746US You can track it at USPS.com. It was handed over to the US postal service on August 7th. It is still enroute to you. For orders getting to Canada, we always say it takes between 10-14 business days. That would give it an estimated arrival date between August 21st-24th. Also, sometimes going through customs can cause a slight delay. But you can certainly check the status of the pack with at number. Hi Katherine, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. We always advise people not to expect any weight loss results for about 2 weeks once they start the Green Coffeen Bean Extract. Sometimes it can even take longer than that. Also, you have to be following the 4 capsule a day regmimen. That is 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch, 30 minutes before your meal with a large glass of water. Or have you seen our Red Raspberry Ketones? The Red Raspberry Ketone is a natural way to boost your metabolism.
