There was an extreme delay in my order. I sent an email to cancel my order and received no reply. I sent a second email asking for confirmation that my order had been cancelled. I received no reply again. Several days later I did receive the product - that I had cancelled. I would not order from Pure Health again

I would never have ordered if I thought I had to wait a month to receive this product. Im canceling my order and looking elsewhere for Green Coffee extract.

It has been three weeks and I have not received my product. I e-mailed them twice with no response and called there phone line getting a voice mail box that was full and could not leave a message.

Hi BETTY-I have your order info! We have 25 people answering phones all day and calls are coming in so consistently we have been unable to even get an outside line! I have 10,000 emails in our Pure Health inbox every day and only manage to get through an average of 4000 in our 15 hour day and I am very sorry I have been unable to reply sooner but if you email me directly at [email protected] I will get right back to you. I ordered 2 bottles of "Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract" over 3 weeks ago and still haven't received them yet!!! It took less than 1 minute for the debit to hit my bank. Apparently they were more concerned about acquiring the funds than anything else. I have requested a cancel of my order and a FULL refund of my bill, and guess what NO ANSWER, or NO REFUND! While it was only a little more than $25.00, it was still MY $25.00 ! I ordered in good faith, and did not receive the same in return. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Not able to contact anyone by mail or phone waiting for products but the company did not wait to charge my card!!!!! Need to get more help or contact customers right away if product has to be back ordered! Your reviews are very bad.

Watch out for Stacy~ she says to contact her directly and when you do she does not reply with the information that she says they have claiming items were delivered. And after complaining your confirmation number miraculously disappears from their system so you have no way to check the status! This company has so many excuses~why don't you just be honest if you know what that term means and tell all of us that you are just taking our money...end of discussion. Could not recommend even if I believe all the lies as I do not recommend scammers! Sherri
