ordered on May 6th .......it is now May 24 ......and still no product TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered supplies 5/6 and still waiting to hear news of product 5/24. Tried email and no response and have called multiple times, always busy.

I ordered this product on 5/2/12 and since then have not heard. I have not received my products and today is 5/24/12. I wrote to them 3 times since then, no response, tried calling them and I get a disconnected sound. The phone calls are not going through. They already took my money out of my account the same day I ordered but nothing received yet. This is frustrating.

Very Bad.......Never Again

I placed an order on 5/4/12 , got a confirmation letter and then heard nothing from the company as of 5/24. Using the confirmation number I checked on the order and the status said "ordered". Have tried calling, lines are always busy. Have emailed and have not gotten a return reply.

My grandmother and I found this website while i was looking for something she found on Dr. oz. We found and ordered it with no problem. i paid for my purchase and they toke the money. they apparently never sent it out or something because 1-2 months later still no delivery of my package. we tried to contact the website to say "hey our package never arrived," but their customer service was unreachable. needless to say after this ordeal, i will not be shopping from this website ever again.

I still have not received my order, so I have cancelled it.

I place my order on May 5th, it is now May 24th, I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my order and tried calling the number and it is busy every time..I haven't received any answers to any of my emails. I WILL not order from this company ever again!!
