Hi Daniel, I just wanted to explain our shipping process. We send all packages UPS-Mail Innovations. UPS transports your package to your local post office and then they are responsible for delivering the package. The link we send you in the email is to USPS.com. That does not get updated until the package gets to your post office, 2 days before delivery. Since that is the link with the most important information, when it is going to be delivered. We put it in the email. I admit it is not the best system. But we feel that is the most important part of your shipping information. I am extremely sorry if this is confusing. HI P., Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Hi Colleen, I was very sorry to read your review of Pure Health. I did some checking for you and it looks like you package is still enroute. According to your USPS tracking number (LN336944570US) your package is still on its way to you. I am very sorry about the delay. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get a package to Canada. There was also a slight shipping delay after the Dr. Oz TV program about our product. Hi Sandra, I am very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. The only excuse I can give for this lack in customer service is that after the Dr. Oz program aired we were getting thousands of calls and emails. And it was just taking us a while to respond to everyone with our limited staff. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. We had to email you a tracking notification before your package was actually shipped beccause our operations is set up to ship the next day after an order is placed, but when we got so many orders we had to print and email tracking numbers. And then pack-up order later. I am very sorry again about this confusion. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such trouble.
