I ordered the Green Coffee bean extract 3 weeks ago and tried to call the 888 # only to get nothing but a steady ring ,tried to E- mail ,,have heard nothing. I only ordered this because I heard about it on Dr. Oz. Now I'm afraid I'm out 25.98. I have never had any order from any company take this long. I probably would have continued to order this product if it worked but I'll never know I guess.

They are quick to take your $$$ but haven't received product 3weeks later or any communication as far as emails or being able to contact re: phone. I have tried to contact many times re: phone and sent 2 emails with no reply.

Over a month ago placed order. Received confirmation email right after I ordered. Waitedfewweeks after hearing nothing. Emailed several times - nothing! Try calling everyday - either mailbox full or just rings & rings! What is up? So far I have not been charged but the point is am I ever going to get what I ordered or should I order elsewhere! Guess it pays to order from a company you have heard of! Not just the place with the best deal!

I placed my order on May 2nd still have not recieved it have tried to call and sent several emails to talk with someone but get no answer. Now I have canceled the order I sure hope thay don't try to process.

Order not filled and no response to emails. It has been over a month.

Ordered 4/26,Today is 5/25,no word ,i contacted paypal,they are looking after it,i hope they have better luck,then i did,never again,everybody should warn other people about this company,i know i will.

I never received the product I ordered yet you charged me and there was no followup! I want my money back. Never will do business again.
