I have been trying to receive the product I paid for going on a month now without so much as an email explaining why you took my money but didn't ship the product. I want the product but need to hear from you. Please email why you keep referring to my order as coffee beans instead of raspberry ketone and where is it.

I ordered a product on the 5/4/12 and today is the 5/25/12 and I have not receive the product

I ordered the pure green coffee bean extract on May 1st. I immediately got my confirmation followed the next day with a very nice letter about how they have been inundated with orders because of the Doctor Oz show and please be patient. It is now the 25th and I thought I should see what is going on. Using my confirmation number I looked it up and found it no longer exists! Checking my bank account I see the charge to my account has disappeared, but they did not contact me to say they would not be sending it!

I placed an order on May 3rd, was charged and have not received what I ordered. I've called the 888-323-9355 number provided in the order confirmation without a response. I will be taking action to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Not impressed as it is approching 4 weeks now and no contact on how my order is coming along. I have emailed twice with no responce and the support number they give you, know answers it not very impressed at all

I placed my order on May 1st. I received and email a couple days later saying there was a back log, so to speak, and be patient as they get their orders filled....Well on May 17th, I had not received my order. I tried to call but the phone line just put me on perpetual hold. I then sent an email advising I wanted to cancel my order. No response. I then called back on May 22nd, where after a long hold time I was told by one of your representatives that my order was due to ship out Wed the 23rd. I decided not to cancel my order. Well today May 25th. My order STILL HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED and I CANT NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE VIA phone. Needless to say I am a VERY DISSATISFIED customer and I have not even tried your product. Place an order on April 26th and till this day haven't recieved my order and it is May 25th. Call on May 8th and told me my order will be shipped out the next day. Didn't recieve within the business days they said. I have sent 2 emails and still to this day haven't got an answer back and I haven't got my order either.

I ordered May 2nd and it is now the 25th and I have yet to get the product or a return call, not even a email!!!
