Like thousands of others, I placed my order on May 3. I did receive an email with an invoice and confirmation number. Waiting patiently after reading your May 13 statement, I decided to check on my order by calling. I called 5 times and the phone is not answered nor will it take a voice message. I partly blame Dr. Oz's show. If you could not handle the orders, do not take the money. A 5 minute update on FB since May 13 (today is May 25) would calm lots of anxious folks. I plan to do whatever it takes to report you to the authorities!

I have not received my products although I have been charged for them. And the customer service phone number on the website is a non working number. I have been unable to reach a customer representative.

I have sent 4 emails to find out where my shipment is and can't get anyone to email me back. Also phone number just indicates there is a backorder and no one will call me back despite leaving 3 voice messages. I still dont' have my product I ordered on 5/5/2012 and it's now 5/25/2012????? No one will tell me when I can expect to receive it because nobody ever calls me back or emails me back!!!!

I ordered 2 of Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract Capsules on May 1. It is now May 24 and I still have not recieved my capsules. I have emailed twice but with no reply and when i call, the mailbox says that is it filled. Not a good sign. I would like some feedback!

Their website claims they shipped on 5/14, but no tracking number and no email notice of shipment. It does not take 11 days for any kind of package mailed from Las Vegas to reach Arizona so I can only assume it was never shipped in the first place. I ordered another item along with the Green Coffee tablets and haven't received that item either. Why can't these people understand that they HAVE to communicate with their customers or they WILL lose all of them. They are obviously having huge problems in fulfilling orders, yet if you were to place an order today, their website says NOTHING about backorders or their total inability to ship the product

I send you an order approximately 5 weeks ago still havent received it

Ordered on May 4th (confirmation #15895762CB) and told by email they are overwhelmed, but plenty of stock, new workers and will ship within 14 days from date of order. Today (May 25) is 21 days and still not shipped. Phones no longer work, email goes unanswered and hundreds of us are posting very bad reviews on this and other sites. Regardless of how overloaded they are simple daily updates on their Facebook page or email updates to waiting customers would have keep me and I believe most others content to wait it out, but instead we are treated like mushrooms, keep in the dark and fed B.S.

I ordered 3 bottles of stuff, when it arrived there was only 1 bottle. I contacted the company, thinking it may have been damaged in shipping. Still no response from Pure Health.
