THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM, THEY DON'T EVEN EXIST! BOGUS!

Placed my order on May 3rd and have not received it!!! Now May 25th. Noone has responded to my emails and their 866 number is something, just keeps a steady ring and no answer. This company is terrible. Seems like they have taken my money and ran. Beware !!!

I placed an order with Pure Health on April 28th and it is currently June 25th and I still have not received my merchandise. They billed my credit card and were more then happy to take my money. I have emailed them 3 times with questions regarding my order, however, I have never received a response from them as to why it has taken so long for my order to be shipped. I then tried calling them, however the phone rings and rings, and no one ever picks up the phone, and there is no prompt to leave a message for someone. In the future I will opt to go with another company as apposed to ordering from this company again!

I placed an order on 5/3/12. It is now 5/25/12. I received this email to rate the experience on 5/10/12. I have yet to receive my order or any communication as to when it will be here. I emailed them a few days ago and tried to call the toll free number and it just rings and rings. I have now opened a dispute wih paypal.

never again will i ever order from pure health. first order was received successful but the most recent order placed in april has yet to be received and it is now 5-25-11. never again will i order anything from pure health!!!!! and when you call their phone lines, you have to leave a message and no one ever returned my phone call for order status nor online status only that they were working as fast as possible, not good enough!!!!! yesterday, 5-24-12 i called their phone line and it was a fast ring, ring, ring, very odd. unsatisfied with pure health and i will tell all my friends and family never to order anything from this business organization, EVER....

I am not impressed. I put in an order in April, was told it was sent on May 11th, and it is now May 25th. I have NEVER received it. I think this company is a fraud.

I ordered 4/30/12 and as of today NOTHING!!!! This is just ridiculous!! I have sent several emails and made several phone calls to their so called "customer service" line. Not to mention constantly checking their website and facebook page! But NO ONE has returned any messages or shows any intent to do so. This company is over it's head and still digging a deeper hole by taking more orders and neglecting those of us who have already placed an order. Would never shop here again!!

I placed an order, never recieved a confirmation number. I have tried your customer service, which is nonexistent. I have emailed called. Not sure what else to do. The sad part is I was excited about the product, at this point I am done being patient.
