Going to bbb with bad reviews on this company

I Never received product, tried to contact company multiple times, phone # not working. Opened dispute with PayPal. This company does not seem to exist.

I ordered over a month ago and have not received my order or a reply.

It's been over 3 weeks and I have not been able to reach the customer service phone number. There has been no response to my e-mail, and when I try to use my confirmation number to check status of order it is not recognized. Not a very impressive way to build a customer base!

I can not get in touch with anyone regarding my order either by phone or email. I received an email directly after order stating a delay in shipment but they would not charge for order until shipped. This is not the case. If you want to order Green Coffee Bean or any of the items this company offers, I suggest you order from another distributor as this one can not provide the product.

I dont understand why nobody will respond to me I ordered my product 5-4-2012 and still havent received it today is 5-25-2012.

I ordered an item from "Pure Health" on May 5th. The payment was accepted via PayPal, but no date for delivery was ever sent to me. I wrote to them May 11th, and then again on May 17th, asking for the status of my order. Not only has my item never arrived, but they have NEVER even had the decency to respond to either email. Therefore, I find it to be "rude conduct" when they won't even respond to an email, despite that they say you can email them to track your order at any time. I keep hoping my order will arrive or I will receive SOME kind of a response, but as of today, May 25th, I'm not counting on it. I can always hope to get my money back from Paypal, but at this point, there is NO WAY I would EVER recommend this website to anyone. >:o(
