How can I rate a product I have yet to receive. Still waiting.

I ordered the product over a week ago and have not received the product. After calling CS several times, I finally receive an email stating due tot he increased demand the company was delayed in shipping. I believe the company should not process payment until they are ready to ship. I have still not received my product nor a tracking number which indicates the product has not shipped.

I ordered a bottle of green bean extract for $15.00 (with tax and shipping),only to walk into my local wal-mart and see it for $9.99. I e-mailed the company to see if they could help me put with the cost,do something for me.I received no response and still no product. Very disappointing.

I placed my order on April 19th - still unaware of the estimated shipment date,even though received 4 emails from them since them stating how busy they are processing the unusual amount of the orders since Dr.Oz's show.

I ordered product weeks ago and still have not received it. I called and they were very nice telling me it would be shipped out soon but as of now, it has not. I have not even received a tracking number so I am still waiting.

I have NOT received my order yet, making it 2 weeks since I placed it. A normal order maybe takes a week at the most to receive so I am disappointed in the time frame. I did receive an email stating pure health received many orders and stated they are not behind(with enough product to fill each order)which made me happy to get an update but why am I still waiting 2 weeks AFTER placing order?

Why would I receive this survey when the product that I ordered has not even arrived yet? How long does it take to ship something with this company? I recieved an email saying that they were working overtime to ship these orders out and I have still not received mine. I have ordered several items from 3 other on-line vitamin shops and recieved my orders in a few days to a weeks time. Not happy with this company at all.

Placed order on April 26/2012, still have not received order and when I check the tracking status, there is none. No date shipped yet or status, and it's May 7th. (11 Days). When I called to check on order I was told they were still working on orders from April 26......can,t imagine in this day of the internet that it takes this long before your order is even shipped let alone received. It only takes minutes to charge the amount to your credit card.....what would happen if you didn't process payment for 11 days?????
