When I purchased my vitamins online, the page indicated that they had the product in stock. Its the only reason I purchased the product that day. It has now been almost 2 weeks, and I havent gotten a shipped email yet. I feel I was misled. The page should indicate that the product is in high demand and that there will be a delay.

Unsure, I cant reach anybody via phone. I am trying to give this company the benefit thus far. The mail box states it's full which isn't good business since they are behind in all their orders. This states to us (the customers) nobody at the company wants to talk with customers...not good. Somebody needs to manage the phones as unpleasant as it may be. It's difficult when a small company gets too many orders in such a short time but at the same time customers should receive an estimate when their order should be shipped otherwise your reputation is tarnished. I see you have eliminated other opinions so other customers or potential customers can't view them. I am unsure how to rate the company thus far so I will state 2 stars.

While I was informed of an inventory issue with my product, I still have not received it. It would be nice to have a tracking status on my order....

Sorry if this isn't a helpful review, but I haven't received any products ordered yet (4/26/12). I called today (5/7) just to check the status and whoa!...they are going to ship the product tomorrow 5/8/12...lucky me what a coincidence! Oh so that means I'm getting the product soon, yay! Oh Woops! it's going to be another 7 days. Expect 15 days to get your product(s). That's 15 days to get more fat...Nom, nom, nom.

I ordered from Pure Health on 4/28/12 & have not been able to reach them since them by phone…just a generic vm saying their mail box is full…it’s now 5/7/12. I got a generic email from them on 5/7/12 saying that they appreciate my order and they are the only company supplying 100% pure coffee bean extract and because of that and the recent publicity on the Dr. Oz show they are doing everything possible to return all phone calls, emails and fill all orders a quickly as possible. They said they are all adding night and weekend shifts to their schedule as well and once my order ships I will get an email confirming along with the tracking number. However, I still cannot contact/reach anyone and 9 days later I still don’t have my order yet they my money…so I’m not sure what to think of Pure Health or the product they sold me…100% Coffee Bean Extract.

I placed my order and was told it was in stock and would ship immediately. However I now received an email stating it will be shipped soon but no specific date. I feel this was wrong and i should have been told when I order. I will certainly keep that in mind if I ever order again. NOT PLEASED!!!!

I ordered this PureGreenCoffee Bean Extract and they said they had plenty of it but 2 weeks later no info on when it will ship but they took the money real fast.
