I placed a order 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. I sent an email and got no response and I can never get through to the customer service number provided. This was my first and last time ordering from here.

I ordered over a month ago. The products that I ordered showed to be in stock. I have had an email with a lot of excuses, but have not received anything. I am canceling and will not do or should I say "try" to do business with these people again!

I never recieved the order. No answer to multiple e-mails and no one ever picks up the customer service. line. Don't order from these guys!!!!!!

I placed my order several weeks ago and have not gotten it yet. I have sent several emails to Pure Health asking for the order status with no response! Will never order again, due to the poor customer service. As far as I know, I lost my money because I paid for something that I have not gotten.

I haven 't received the product and today Wal -mart had the product for 9.99. Cancel my order and reverse the charge. What a rp off to charge my PayPal prior to shipping

I was completely excited to order from Pure Health as it seemed to be all natural products which is rare to find these days. After about a week I emailed asking why I have not recieved a confirmation to my oreder and when would it be shipped? Thank God I printed my order page! I never got a reply then about 10-14 days I got online to check if I could find out any updates to my order and it said shipped on 5-13-12 with no tracking number? I called three times to only get a rolling ring. I am completely unsatisfied and want my money returned as they had no problem removing my money from my bank the day I ordered and I have never gotten any product in return. It's disheartening.

Dear Pure Health, I would like my money back for the order you never filled! I don't want anything else in return.
