I bought vitamins on here, got an email saying they are behind, but attempted to call for customer service and nothing! Oh, I bought them over 2 weeks ago. Still no product!

I have not recieved the product or confirmation that it has been shipped. Please respond quickly. Thank you.

I still have no idea of when my product will ship out, as I had placed the order last week. In checking my acct on line, it shows no date of when it will ship. It took me two emails to customer service, for them to reply on where/when my item will ship and they still didn't give me a real answer, only to say that they have a high demand of this particular product. That is funny, considering the web site states that this product is in stock and ready to ship! They haven't gotten back to my last email, stating this exact point. I am very unhappy and will make a point to spread the word about this company!

I have ordered from other vitamin sites and it has never taken as long as 2 weeks to receive an order. I received a confirmation over a week ago that my order was received but have still not received a confirmation of it being mailed. I am not sure I will be ordering again from Pure Health. It is amazing to me that I have received an email to rate your site when I have not even received my first order.

I just don't totally understand! I called this company when it had been 6 days and my order had not been sent. Very courteous gal told me that due to the Dr Oz program, they had been extremely swamped with orders. She even said they now had 2 shifts running to get the product out. She checked my order and said it would be shipped the next day or the day after that at the latest. Days later I received an email apologizing for the delay and saying they would send me an email when my order was shipped. Well, it's been 5 more days now (11 from original order) and I have not heard a thing nor have I received any thing. When I check my tracking it is blank for my shipping date. Are they really this busy???? Wish I would've ordered from someone else. How diasappointing!!!

I placed an order 10 days ago and just got an email stating thank for your order. So I am not sure if it's been shipped yet or not cause when I call to check the phone rings and then states the mailbox is full. so I don't know what to think yet accept that I am not happy.

The delivery time is too long.... I wanted to try a 30 day trial with this product but will not be able to reorder from your company because of the time involved. I will almost have to re-order before I start my trial.....

My order had not been shipped yet. 2 weeks.. expected it sooner.
