Ordered $156 worth of product over 4 weeks ago. Credit card was billed, but product still has not arrived. No email notification about back-orders or anything. VERY DISSATISFIED at this point!!!

I am very disappointed because we still haven't received our order. so I was feeling that we are being ripped off.

If you are needing some vitamins buy them for a different company this one will take your money and never send you the product.

I ordered on May 7, and its now the 28 th and still have not yet received my product or at least an email explaining the delay. Many failed attempts contacting anyone via email and by phone. As a paying customer I should be given an option to get my money back. Never will order from this site again!

That remains to be seen. I guess when I finally receive the products I ordered over 3 weeks ago, I'll find out. My calls and email inquiries have gone unanswered from this company. I cannot get a hold of them even after several attempts. I wish I could rate them a zero! There is no way I should have to wait this long for something I ordered on the internet! This is absolutely unacceptable and I will never order anything from them again. Go with company you know like Amazon.com who will offer you good prices and great shipping.

I think this company is scamming people. I paid for my order and never received it. The number on their website doesn't work I have emailed them and called several times about my order. I was unsuccessful in contacting anyone.
