I can't give too much feedback since my order has not been received. I don't have any information on when it will ship either. My credit card has definitely been charged though. Just saying.

I placed my order (month supply) on 4/28/12 and have not received a single word on when I should expect to receive my order.

Still waiting for shipment. I understand delay but this is getting a little ridiculous

I made a purchase on 4/30/2012. It is now 5/7/2012 and while my account has been charged, my order has not yet shipped. I understand busy, as I am in business myself, but I feel that this is a little too long for an item to leave a warehouse. I will wait for this to come, but I am not sure that I will ever purchase from this site again. It would have been easier to take had I been told at the time of purchase that ther was a major holdup in delivery, but I have just been left hanging, not knowing when my order will come or even when to expect it to be shipped.

haven't received my product

I ordered from them 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my product.I haven't even received the confirmation that it has been shipped out. Waiting too long for product!

Know one called me about my order, or answer the phone when I called . Service is bad they should call or e mail and let you know if it is comeing .
