Hi Monica, I'm sorry your package took so long to be delivered! Your package left our warehouse on 11/13/12 and the expected delivery date was 11/19/12. The tracking shows it was just delivered yesterday, however I can understand your frustation as 13 days in transit is a long time. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you! Hi Vic, Thank you for your reply! Just to set your mind at ease, we do not under any circumstances have auto ship! The only time we charge your card is when you place an order with us online or over the phone! I'm concerned because you mentioned continued billing. Hi Mary Ann, Thank you for responding! I pulled up your order and it looks like you ordered 30ct bottles which would last 10-15 days. For the Green Coffee Bean Extract you want to take at least 1200mg (3 capsules) a day to help with weight loss. Hi Elizabeth, Thank you for your response! The couple of times I used the Saffron my appetite was supressed right away. We would love to hear more about how you took the supplements. It is really important to take them at least 30 minutes before you eat and make sure to drink a large glass of water! The more water, the better! In fact, I'm trying to drink 1/2 my body weight in water each day! It helps to flush out the toxins and supports weight loss.
