Please let me assure you that if you paid directly via credit card, it has not been charged and it will not be charged until your order ships. If you paid using Paypal, they do charge credit cards immediately, as this is their policy and we have no control over this. Generally, orders go out within 24 hours of receipt, however with the recent publicity on pure green coffee bean extract on Dr. Oz, we have experienced a huge surge in orders and we are working diligently to get all orders our in the order in which they were received. We anticipate being caught up by the end of the week and look forward to getting back to our regular ship time of 24 hours by next week. You are correct, we have experienced shipment delays due to the overwhelming response to our 100% pure products and it just so happens there has been alot of national publicity on some of the very items we carry!
