You are impossible to reach by phone. It takes too long to get a response from an email. I still don't know when my order is being shipped or when you will take the money from me. Basic service seems to be beyond your company.

No on answers phones. No one answers emails. Nothing posted on face book. I understand there has been an overwhelming order for green tea extract. I get it. What I don't get is why promote something on the Dr Oz Show and not be prepared to handle the volume of orders. You shut off all communication to your customers and named everyone for having an attitude on face book. I ordered three bottles of green tea extract on May 5;howmuch longer do I have to wait. If I want to cancel my order how do I do it? Since no email or phones being answered.

Ordered product May 7, 2012 still waiting to receive. Finally had to file dispute through Pay Pal. Not able to contact Pure Health by phone it rings off the wall no answer and web site has error when trying to connect. After reading how many people have been ripped off by this company it is not encouraging to believe I will ever get my products ordered.

I placed an order online on May 7th & today is May 28th and I still haven't received the supplements I ordered. When you try to call no one ever answers. There's a recording or it just rings & rings & rings. Pretty poor customer service if you ask me.

I ordered weightloss pills - not a thing...nothing changes. Then I ordered the raspberry ketones, and I never received antything, nor did I receive any response to the several emails I sent...I know they will never respond to this and never post it, so it is wasted... Please cancel anything I have ordered from you as of this minute...
