I called and e-mailed multiple times with no response and I never got the product I ordered. I gave my credit card and saw a hold but never got my product.

I placed an order on April 28 and have not received it and have not been able to contact anyone at this company . The answering machine is always full. I have sent e-mails and received no response. This is the MOST frustrating experience I have ever had on the internet. I will never do business will this company again.

On May 5th I placed a order and then on May 15 they said it would be shipped beginning of following week. Well still no Raspberry Ketones as promised, I am beginning to think this place is nothing but a scam. I have emailed them twice again and no response. Hope we aren't going to be scammed out of almost $50.00.

I have not received my order and have emailed pure health and got no response back so I had to file in the resolution center and still have not heard from you. Mary

I completely understand that with the products I ordered being featured on Dr. Oz there was going to be a very high demand, however this company has done a horrible job communicating the demand and providing customers with updates on their orders. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and have not received anything yet the payment came out of my account immediately. If I hadn't found their facebook page I would not have known what was going on.

I have not had the opportunity to try the product. I ordered on May 7th and still no delivery and no phone number for me to talk to anyone in reference to the delivery. The delivery takes too long. Extremely dissappointed

I am very dissatified with this company. I placed my order on May 7, 2012 and the only e mail I've received is this survey. I tried to call the customer service but it only rings continuously.

I placed my order May 7th it is now May 28th and I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order. I've e-mailed pure health with no response. All I want is to get my ordered delivered immediately. I saw much more reviews online which are making me wonder if I placed an order with a scam company. I will definitely not be using pure health in the future.
