It took a very long time to get product, still don't have it. Their phone just rings and rings they don't return emails. I will NEVER do business with these people again. Plus their product isn't that great, you can get so much better product online and even at stores. Don't waste your time with this company,

I have no received my order which was placed may 7th, then I tried to call them no answer and the mailbox was full...I also emailed, no reply. Hopefully I can get my money back soon

I tried to call and never could get through to a live person. So then I sent an email and never received any response to that. So I hope that this will get someones attention and just maybe a real person will call or email me soon or I will have to place a complaint with the BBB

Amazing!!! I was in shock to received a email to give a rating to purehealth. I place a order with this company got a confirmation on the order the amount was charge to my bank BUT NEVER GOT MY ORDER. I call email and no answer , your not able to even track your order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They have done the same to so many people is incredible, the have no customer service not even to say they are out of stock they just take your money and nothing in return. I wish I had review on this company before I order , the review I have found are all bad

I placed my order (so long ago I've lost track) on the phone, then, got a call a week later saying my order couldn't be processed as the info they got was incorrect. I gave the lady calling my correct credit card into and told my shipment would be mailed the first of the following week. I have heard nothing since then. I tried to call but got a message saying the message box was full and I couldn't leave a message. I have given up on ever getting my order. At least I haven't been charged for it.
