The corner stone of Superfood Slimdown is Green Coffee Bean Extract. Hi Barbara, I was very sorry to read about your order. I did some checking and it is indeed on its way. Here is your USPS tracking number-LN360788570US. It normally takes us over 14 business days to get packages to Canada. That is best case too. Sometimes there are delays at customs. In some cases there can be a delay of 5-10 days getting across the border. I am extremely sorry that your package has still not arrived. I would just ask that you be patient with USPS and give them a bit more time to get your package delivered. I know you did not expect to have to wait this long for your package, and again I am very sorry about the delay. Thank you very much for your purchase.

Hi Cammy, I was very sorry to read about your experience with your our company. These are very effective and natural products. Because they are natural, there is not a standardized effect for everyone. For some people you may have to increase to serving size or the frequency that you are taking it. We can only advise how to take the supplement based on best case scenarios. There are so many outside factor that can effect the success of these products that we could never guarantee their success. Someone could be taking the product as directed but eating over 4000 calories a day. That would be canceling our the weight management effect of the supplements altogether. I am very sorry if you thought you were ripped off, these products have helped thousands of people and it may just be that you have not been taking the product long enough for their effect to kick in.
