I called them concerning my order, left my name and phone# in a voice mail, no one called me back, then a week later called again their voice mail was full, you would think after 3 weeks may they could send my order!! Still nothing, I have since bought the product elsewhere, I will call my bank and dispute the charge. If they do ever send my order I will send it back.I hope they go out of business.

Placed order May 7th. Have requested status both using customer service telephone number and through email at least 5 times. No response to the email and calling the telephone number listed was an endless loop of voice recordings. In addition I forwarded an email to the Dr. Oz show questioning his endorsement. I have disputed costs processed through PAYPAL and hope to have my full cost reimbursed.

If this is any indication of how you do business, my opinion isn't very favorable of you. I made a purchase 5-8-12 and have never heard anything since; I've tried to call the 888 number on my confirmation note and it just rings busy. A sad excuse for a company!

I ordered my product about 3 weeks ago. I still haven't received it and not an email in regards to the product. I find this to be bad customer service.

I placed and order on 4/26 and as of 5/29 I am still waiting to recieve my order. I tried calling customer support and the call wont go through.

This company is very shady and I am not sure I would deal with them again. I have not received my order and it was placed on 5/7/12. I have called and the phone just rings and rings and rings. I have sent over 10 emails with NO response or communication on the part of the company. I will make sure I tell everyone NOT to purchase from this company as they do not know how to take care of a customer PERIOD!!!!
