I placed my order on 5/8/12. To date I have not received it. Nor have I received any update indicating or explaining a delay. I've checked my order status on the website but no information is provided. I emailed a query to customer service and received no response. I don't know whether the company's practices are incompetent or criminal.

I got an email comfirming my order and have not heard another word since nor have I seen any sign of the product I ordered.

Ordered product....they immediately got paid through PayPal, but have yet to deliver product. No answer to numerous emails or phone calls. Very disappointed.....I should have checked them out before ordering. Think I've been scammed!!

I am unhappy I haven't received my product or any response from my 3 emails letting me know the status of my order. I have requested a refund from Paypal. I want my money back.

Whenever you pay online, order by mail, or online it can be quite scary. Especially with all the crime going on. But, I really wanted to try this product. Well, it's been 3 weeks and I wouldn't know how it is because I still haven't received my order. I contacted the company and finally spoke with a rep but she told me it would be sent over a week ago. Makes you question the integrity of this company! Even if the product works (once I receive it), I don't want to go through the hassle of re-ordering it again!

My ordered has not arrived. I ordered from you on May 7th, today is May 29th, I tried to contact you by phone. Your number was busy and was busy the whole entire day. I then sent you an email. I never heard from you except to do this survey. I hope you really use what is stated in all your surveys in order to find a solution to your customer relation and shipping problems.

Buyer Beware! This companies customer service is a joke. I checked thier website daily for weeks using my Confirmation code to obtain information regarding my order- they never updated the order info. I have tried to call their 888 phone number numerous time- it just rings & rings & rings, no one answers, there's no automated service, no answering machine- nothing. I have emailed this company 3 times requesting information about the expected date for my order to be shipped- No response to date. Because I now question the authenticity of this site I have requested PayPal to step in and opened a claim to have my money refunded, as well as block this site from having access to request any additional money. Thank God I did not use my credit card information directly on their website, I fear I have been scammed.
