Hi Janet, Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. As for your weight loss results-we always advise people not to expect results for about 2 weeks and in some cases longer. Hi Hilda, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I just checked on it and according to your USPS tracking number (LN337357757US) the package is still enroute to you. I am very sorry for the confusion and delay getting this item to you.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this. We sent you that tracking number when your shipping label was printed, in this case your package was not actually packed and handed to UPS until several days later. And once we receive your returned item we will issue a credit back to your method of payment and notify you by email.
