Hi Nahla, Thank you very much for your order. I just wanted to share some advice for taking the Green Coffee Bean that has helped others who are not happy with their current weight loss. You should be taking the supplement, 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals of the day. With all 3 meals would be best, so 2x capsules-twice a day. And you need to be drinking alot of water. You should be drinking half your body weight in water everyday. I think that if you make those adjustments, if you are not already doing them, should improve your results. Hi Stephanie, I was very sorry to read that you were not happy with our products. I just wanted to share some tips if you ever chose to take Green Coffee Bean again. It normally take people around 2 weeks before they can start to see real weight loss. In some cases in may take longer. Also, you need to drink alot of water..ALOT, around 100oz a day. You way also want to increase to serving to 3x a day. So that would be 30 minutes before your 3 meals of the day. Again, if you do ever decide to give it another try.
