I've been waiting for my order for 3 weeks. Their mailbox is full so you can't contact them.

I ordered some items from your website on 5/4/12 and to this date 5/29/12 have yet to receive it. I was told after contacting them through email after not ever receiving it and was told that my order would be sent out on 5/18 and should receive it in 3-5 business days. Here it is 5/29 and I have yet to get it. I paid through paypal and the money was taken out of my account. I sent another email on 5/25 and have never heard anything.

I've ordered twice now, the money has been cleared by pay-pay, and I'm still waiting on delivery (going on 3 weeks now). Have I been scammed?

Im very unhappy about pure health, they are asking my opinion about something I havent even recived yet.

This is my second order for my mother, it took 3 wks and two emails to get my first order and now its been almost a month and I never even got a confirmation email that they got my order, but they got there payment as soon as I ordered. I understand the whole Dr. Oz show orders are so high thing, but this is gone to long. I guess Im gonna just have to call and get my money back. I would rather try something else than wait months for your order.

I am crushed! I made an order on 5/7/2012 today is 5/29/2012. To date, I have not received my order or at least a curtesy email that explains why the order is delayed. 10-14 days was what my expectation was for delivery time. I understand that sometimes orders can be delayed due to demand. However, and indication (via email) as to order status or expected delivery date is highly appropriate and would have put a new customer at ease. As it currently stands, I'm not sure when or if my order will ever arrive. I'm quite disappointed.

i never received my order

I ordered my Green Coffee Bean extract pills on May 8th 2012, and today is May 29, and I haven't heard anything from this company! I have called various times, and no one ever picks up! They debited money for my purchase immediately, yet I have not received my product. I will never do business with them again. I am beginning to wonder if I've been scammed!!!!!!
