I decided to purchase the Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract from this site since it had the best price....but the old adverb definately comes into ply on this one "you get what you pay for" or in this case you DON'T get what you pay for. I ordered this protect and received a confirmation email immediately, and thats about it. I waited three weeks before attempting to contact them, to which its been another week and I have yet to received a response. Not sure if it's an internet scam or just a very poor run buisness either way save your money and buy your products from somewhere that you will actually receive them from.

It has been a month and I have not received any package this email is the only thing that has come. I did get a comfirmation but no tracking number. I would like to get products and would not order anything else.

It has been a month since I placed my order and got nothing, I have emailed customer service twice and I have also called and the phones doesn't work. I lost my money. Will never place an order at this place again, they took my money and I got no product.

I have not received the items I ordered, nor have I been able to get any update or response from the company. I have sent 3 emails to inquire about the status with no response. I received the initial "thank you for your order" but that is it. I had shopped around and their price was very competitive, but not worth the hassle. I will be cancelling our order, after more than a month of waiting. The one star is undeserved, it would not let me post a review without stars.

Horrible iv been waiting a month and still haven't got my product!!!!!!!!!

I ordered products from this company and it took over a month to be delivered. The next day April 27th the day after my 1st order I placed another order for a different product, it is now May 29th and I have not received the 2nd product. I placed several phone calls daily to this company and got a recording saying they were backed up on orders, and I should leave my information and they would return my call...a month later I have NOT received a courtesy call back. This is not the way to do business or treat customers!!!!

I ordered this 3 weeks ago and have not seen nor have I heard anything from you except this survey. I asked yesterday through email where my order was, and have not received a reply. I am afraid my money is gone!

I am working with my bank because I charged with debit, sent two other e-mails about when I will be receiving my purchase but ths company did not respond.
