I ordered my product almost a month ago....still no product!

We placed an order with Pure Health on 5/8/12 & Still have not received the items as of today 5/29. I also can not get a hold of them by phone or email.

I never got my product that I ordered and I have never gotten a response from the company in regards to the order other than to do a survey. Plus monies were already billed to me!

Placed my order on May 8th and only got a confirmation email, nothing since. I have no idea if my order will be filled or not! Please contact me ASAP about Invoice No. 126238

Ordered Green Coffee beans and Rasberry ketones on May 8th. PayPal charged. May 29th and have still not received. Please refund to my PayPal account. Have tried to call you and have emailed you 3 times with no response.

Found purehealth after researching the net and thought it was a GREAT Company, read that they had to hire more because of the recognition of the product i ordered "green coffee bean" anyway..........Ordered it on 5/7/12 online , nothing.. tried to call the phone # provided , it said the lines were full (couldn't leave a message) noone answered. Found a way thru their phone system ( I used to be in cust serv) so I left a message to the ONLY line it would allow me to leave a message. There was NO way and still is NO Way to track my order. I did not receive a tracking #, have no clue what is going on. Finally on 5/24/12 ( 17 days Later!) someone calls me and says hey we got your order and we are going to be shipping it out today. So I should get charged , yadda yadda yadda.....soo now it is 5/29/12.. Still No sign of my order , no email to tell me what the hell is going on ( you know could of apologized , sorry we had to hire on more people something as to what the hell happened) and still no sign of it. Now I get this email stating .. to tell us about your experience.. Well it sucks.. Someone gave me another website that Dr. Oz actually uses but I thought no I am gonna give this pure health a go and look what happened? Horrible experience for the customer (me!)... should be more communication as to why your taking over a Month to provide my product, it your out of the inventory don't waste my time I will go elsewhere. Where if I don't here something Very soon.. This will be the First and LAST time I use this website......... I say if your looking for what Dr. Oz suggests and go to this site, check elsewhere.

Placed order a month ago, still haven't rec'd product. There was a hold on my account for 2 days for the dollar amount of the purchase & then it disappeared??? Got a confirmation # but products still have yet to ship. Won't be using this website again. Cust service # is also a joke ...
