I can tell the differene in my appetite when I take the green coffee beans, and the raspberry keytones are making a difference in the stored fat. It is a slower process for me because 1. I am a senior citizen 2. With social security as my only income at this time , I limit my intake to once a day instead of twice. This helps me to purchase it without long time periods of not taking the product. Overall, I feel better (not as tired). I think , if I were able to take them twicce a day as recommended, I would take the weight off faster and generally be less tired all day. Your packaging of 90 for the reasonable price is a great benefit for me. THANK YOU!! I will eventially get all 3 of the products I get from you on the 90 day sechedule, and I will truly be happy. I look forward to where I will be a year from now and then two. I will never not take them. I will just adjust the intake for maintenance.
