purchased a product 5/7/2012... its 5/29/2012 and I haven't received anything! Phone number..no good, never responded to my email. Filed a claim with paypal to get my money back!!!!

I placed my order #2592648491 placed on May 8th, 2012 has, yet, to be recived by me. I find this to be unacceptable. I was loooking forward to trying your products. But, it seems to me that my order was never taken care of. I would appreciate the receipt of the products I ordered or a full refund. Thank you.

After about 4 weeks my order has still not arrived. However, they had no problem with billing my credit card the day I placed the order. I went online to see if anyone else has had problems. There are many, many unhappy customers. I wrote to have them credit my card immediately - as the phone no. they give does not get answered on the other end.

I placed an order online about 5-6 weeks ago and never received it. Their phone just rings when I call but no one answers and there is no voicemail. I got a confirmation email from them stating that they shipped the order weeks ago. I replied to their email stating that I didn't receive the order but I haven't heard anything back from them. Not happy.

I saw this product at Walmart and decided to give it a try because I am at Weight Watchers and wanting to get to my goal weight. I ordered this product on May 8th and on May 25th I still had not received my order so I called the company. They said that they are overwhelmed because Dr. Oz had done a piece on television and so now they have been depleted of product. Really? No Backorder? No notification? Just take the order....do not show that you are in a backordered state, take the money and let a month go by. Wow, so I had a complete idiot for a customer service representative stating they would do their best to get it out.....but no promises....so I asked to speak to her supervisor and she got on the phone and said she would ship it out.....but I will check the ship date when I receive it, I had the feeling it was the old " tell her what you can to make her go away" theory......good luck pure health.....with customer service like this, you are going to need it.

I am still waiting for the items that I ordered. Tried to contact company but never have heard back from them. If you have any influence would appreciate if they would contact me! Thanks!

I placed my order on May 8th, and I have sent numerous emails asking where my product is.....no response! I checked the website today and finally on May 27th it shipped. I'm sure it will take another week to get here because as of today still no tracking number. I will never order from this company again!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! I NEVER RECEVIED MY PRODUCTS AND THEY WERE PAID IN FULLL.
