I ordered this product one month ago and have not heard anything about it! I do not know if this is a scam or not. My money has already been taken. I would like an update ASAP!

I place an order on May 8th 2012 and have yet to receive my order. I try to call and get a strange ring. You had no problem charging my credit card though!!

Paid for a product that I didn't receive at all. I'll be getting my money back or there will be some phone calls and heads will roll. Can't even believe this is how they treat customers.

Items ordered 5/7; 2 emails have been sent by me as to status; no courtesy of reply and nothing has been received. I've filed an action with PayPal.

This company got a big help from dr oz's recent promotion of one of their products. Very good for them however, they were obviously overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand. The long wait is completely understandable however the fact that they never once sent any communication to their customer is not acceptable. I never received a letter stating that they were behind on orders. I wrote atleast 3 emails without any response. Sent a dispute with paypal and still no contact from the company. Yes maybe this company was better before the promotion from Dr oz, but they now have tarnished their reputation at that cost. Most companies when overwhelmed would have placed a back order, out of stock or order timeline on their webpage to prepare the customer before they put up their money. This company chose not to because they wanted as many orders as possible while the demand was high. Its like once they have your moeny they can make you wait as long as they need. Good for them bad for the customer. I will not order with this company as of today it has been 3 weeks since I sent my order in. Still no product.

I ordered green coffee bean 3wks ago never got my product. try to call never get threw busy , emailed them no responce . it's a real Scam. even had nreported to pay pal. haven't heard nothing yet full scam .

Horrible....they offered free shipping but still haven't received product yet!!!
