Pure Health LLCReviews of purehealth100.com

I will order from this site in the future but the reason I was ordering because they stated that your order would be shipped within 24 hours. Then I log on to the facebook connection and see a ton of complaints of people waiting like more than a month and still asking where is there orders. I think that your prices and the free shipping is on point and as soon as I see that the complaints have stopped and you are on time with shipping again, I will order if I haven't found another site that I like better. In addition to the pure green coffee bean and raspberry ketone capsules, I saw other items on your site that I'd like to try. I also like the detailed information that you provide on the benefits along with studies. That's huge for me so again, I will order from you in the future but want to be able to get my order when I expected not when a company can or feel like sending. And you shouldn't take money until the order is being shipped. That's just good business!

i have not received my order i order them 5 weeks ago

I ordered a product over THREE weeks ago and still have not gotten it. I contacted customer service and got a very generic email stating my order would be shipped on Monday - no specific date, just Monday - and I should expect it in 3-5 days. To date I haven't gotten anything and that email was from over a week ago! Very dissappointed in this company and will not be ordering anything from them again. Oh, it's been charged to my credit card too!

they dont answer emails and waiting weeks is this a scam or what?

It has been over three weeks and after many emails and trying to call your none working number i still have not received what i order nor a reply to my email, i am not happy.

Having ordered this product more than a month ago, Green Coffee Extract, still no sign of the product and there is no way to get ahold of this company. The phone just rings and rings, but never have gotten an answer. So if and when I ever get what I ordered I might have an opinion on this product. Most companies do not charge your credit card until the product is shiped and you usually get an E mail confirmation of your order. So am beginning to get the feeling this is not a legitimate company. Could we say RIP OFF?????????????

I ordered pure green coffee bean extract and never received product, but PureHealth has received my payment!! I'm so angry! I disputed this on paypal, and still have no resolution! And, you have the nerve to ask me how did I like the product????? Well, If I would have received it, I could rate it!!!! But, since I never did, I can't tell you about the product, but I can tell you how pissed I am that you received my money and never sent me the product I ordered!!!! Please try to rectify this Problem Immediately!!!!

You have already took the money out of my paypal account but I still have not received my order. I emailed you over the weekend asking you to please cancel my order and refund my money back into my Paypal account but I still have not received an email back. I would really appreciate it if this situation is taken care of as soon as possible.
