Hi Terry, I was very sorry to read about your experience with Pure Health. First let me explain the delay with your package. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get your package to Canada. After the dr. Oz program about green coffee bean aired, we were backed up for about 9 business days. That delay on top of the normal 14 business days was what took us so long to get your package to you. I just checked on it and according to your USPS tracking number (LN337685854US) the package is still enroute to you. I am very sorry for the confusion and delay getting this item to you.I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Again, I am very sorry about this. Hi David, Thank you very much for your recent review of Pure Health. Simple mistakes like what happened with our order are unacceptable and that was our mistake. Normally our quality control catches these. After one of our products was featured on the season premiere of the Dr. Oz television program, we were receiveing tens of thousands of orders daily. And our staff was having to play catch up for days to deal with that volume. That was the reason for the 2 week delay and I am sorry to say the quality control breakdown that shorted your order. Again, normally we don't make these kinds of mistakes and I assure you that if you were to place another order from us there would be no such mistake. Hi Ronda, This is Brent from Pure Health. I just read your review and wanted to try and explain the delay with your package. We normally pack your order the day after you make your purchase. Because we received tens of thousands of orders after the Dr. OZ season premeier. That really just slowed everything down. The large volume of orders backed all our operations up 7 days. It normally takes us about a week to get your package to you. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Thank you again for your purchase. Hi Linda, Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Hi Rm, Thank you very much for your review, I just wanted to respond if I may. The reason they are changing color in your pill dispencer is because they are absorbing moisture. In the bottle you will notice that we have a moisture packet to prevent this. The contents of the capsule will begin to darken and clump when exposed to too much moisture. I would recommend that you only place a few days worth of capsules in your pill case and that should stop them from absorbing to much moisture. Thank you very much for your purchase. Sincerly, Brent
