Pure Cannabis CoReviews of purecannabisco.com

Recently bought from their website and their shakes are absolutely amazing. They even threw in an extra free gift which felt welcoming. Any questions or concerns I shared with them via email, they responded back immediately and didn’t give me any rudeness and well polite and mannered responses. I will be ordering more frequently!

Customer service was super helpful with shipping and even helped me get my item quickly within 3 days and they covered the faster shipping. I read the comments about a one time thing which doesn't make sense. The overhead to be able to supply regular good customer service, and then go above and beyond on the first order, wouldn't make sense financially because they didn't know if I would come back, and even if I did who is to say I would order something worth even the shipping they paid for. I think the comments saying they aren't are haters. Their item was extremely strong, but I did use quite a bit. Oh, it should be noted that I chose a legal mushroom product.

Prerolls are terrible. DONT buy them. They're unevenly packed and are too stuffed to even inhale any smoke. They put them upside down for what? So you can spend more money on their shitty product, it shouldn't even have been a thought to sell this garbage. I'm more disappointed in myself for even giving it a try. First and last time for sure. Stick to real flower👍

Been using products from this company for about 2 years. Never had a bad experience, never had to wait too long for shipping (across the country) and all products have been excellent quality.

Ive been coming here since Pure opened 9 times out of 10 they have the best prices in town. Unfortunately today my budtender just seemed like she would rather be anywhere else in the world than answering my questions. First I inquired about her opinion on the quality of the 3/39 5g sleeperz bucket. Her response was "we are out of those, we only have the Fly and The Cali Blaze.. ( i chose not to pursue the question because the response was about 510 carts not dabs) so I chose a different deal. I did purchase some pre rolls as well. Customer Service is one of the toughest jobs on the planet, however, its Basic Buisiness 101 that When person is standing in front of you, literally holding a stack of cash, it would be wise to ask the question " Is there anything else you're looking for?" This was not the case. Immediately upon scanning a puck of rosin ( the transaction was 5 g dabs 2 g rosin...nowhere near the purchase limit) she gave me a total and told me to have a good day n sent me packing. It worked out in the end because Jars down the way was more than happy to help me find some shake, rso, and delightful flower.

I got a few good products at first. After that they sent me cheap hemp products with no value or benefit. Most online companies are operating this way. I can get it elsewhere.

I purchased some of your Elmer's Glue and it's mildewed this is the second time I've gotten weed that's bad . It's a problem ,I don't understand how this happens i've smoked weed for 40 years and one thing we never got bad weed it's only now that it's Recreation and medical let this s*** is flooded the market something has to be done about it and I'm going to start taking up the flight,So I wait your response

Kt security is freaking awesome. I always feel safe when he is the guard on duty. He needs a raise.
