Horrible quality I have replaced my phone screen four times within 2 months. I don’t even drop it and it just gets micro cracks that expand from using the touch screen. I will 100% be switching back to Zagg. Shame on Verizon for carrying this poor quality product and selling it.

You will not ever get a warranty replacement for this $60 lifetime screen protector. Total scam company.

I got this screen protector thru Verizon as they highly recommended it. Within 3 months, it was cracked without dropping. Replaced and 6 months later, cracked again. Both instances I only found they were cracked because my keyboard and other on screen icons were glitchy. Both instances I purchssed a replacement for around $15. Well, it cracked yet again within 30 days and I'm done with this company! I keep the phone in top short pocket and never in pants pocket and only dropped one time on carpet. Time to find a different screen protector.

I purchased a pure gear screen protector the Verizon store when I bought my phone, they made it sound as if when it broke I could bring it back in and they would put a new one on.... wrong! I just walked into the store to get my new screen protector and was told that I had to make my claim online pay for shipping and when it came in, I could bring it into the store and they would install it for me for free..... wow thanks..... deceptive Sales and straight up lies not to mention the actual screen protector itself is really pretty poor quality and breaks very easily. Don't waste your money, order three pack of Amazon.

The screen saver seems to be better than Zagg, but the website and customer service are terrible. I couldn’t find on their website what product I had registered. The “shipping charge” is double Zagg’s. When I ordered a replacement, the charge went through as an unidentified PayPal charge, with no reference information available even to my bank. As usual with fly by night companies, there’s no way to actually speak with anyone. Go with Zagg and just replace them more often.

Worst screen protector on the market used a lot of peer gear screen protectors. This one is garbage, do not waste your money

Extremely Disappointed With PureGear Liquid Steel 360 On March 17, 2026, I purchased my daughter a brand-new iPhone. Knowing teenagers are prone to dropping their phones, I specifically asked Verizon for the best screen protector available. I was talked into the PureGear Liquid Steel 360 because I was told it offered superior protection. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed. Just five months later, my daughter dropped her phone, and the entire screen shattered, including the actual iPhone screen underneath the protector. The phone now requires a screen replacement costing over $400. What is especially frustrating is that this protector is marketed as a premium product, yet it did not protect the phone from a normal drop. In fact, the protector and the actual phone screen both shattered. For the price of these protectors, I expected significantly better protection. In my opinion, you are better off purchasing a less expensive, traditional screen protector that can simply be removed and replaced when it cracks. At least you’re replacing a $10–$20 protector rather than risking a $400+ repair. Five months into owning a brand-new phone and already facing a $400+ screen repair is unacceptable. I would not recommend the PureGear Liquid Steel 360 and will not be purchasing another one.

Both me and my brothers new screen protector broke within the first week and half of ownership. Cost $150 and they wont give u a refund, only another terrible screen. DO NOT BUY.
