Using Tradeovate is great, however, something is deeply wrong with their syncing of your account's statistics. You could "fail" but not actually fail. This problem may lie at the feet of Tradeovate. They said they fixed it the first time, but it keeps happening. 4 Stars for customer service. They're very communicative and supportive of traders. It's just dealing with Tradeovate that's messing things up.

So far it has been a great experience with Jonas and Purdia capital. Recently met up with Jonas online and had given me realization or where I want to be at as a trader and how I can get there. Again this more for the long run. Trading is a marathon and not a race. They have been helpful through and through and best part is the dashboard is more real time to where you can manage your trades right away. Being able to do that has helped me become a better trader.

I’m new to Purdia Capital and I was extremely please with the customer service I got when I needed. They not just explained what caused my problem (which was totally my fault), also they’ve given me tips on how to present it from happening again. Just a genuine care for their customer and how to make them have the best experience with the product they offer.

They care and talk to their customers to help them reach their goals. I like that they have a daily loss while trading, that if you hit, it will stop your trading for the day so you don't blow up the account and live another day to trade.
