Agree with all the other reviews! This company is horrible. I ordered the seat cover only to find out it was delayed in shipping several weeks. Since I was in the process of moving and would not receive the item in time I cancelled my order. I received an email from someone named Gen acknowledging my cancellation request. Several weeks later I noticed a charge to my account. When I sent and email, forwarding their acknowledgement of my initial cancellation request, I was told it was too late and they could not cancel my order. For anyone know where they are located so I can report them to the appropriate state attorney a general?

There needs to be a zero star option. This company simply steals your money. My experience is the exact same as everyone else - I placed the order, they took my money, and I have NOTHING but anger and frustration to show for it. Purchased 1/26/24 several emails to follow up and I have heard nothing. UPDATE 3/20/2024 Within moments of leaving my review, I received an email stating my order had been shipped along with a tracking number and a "Thanks for patiently waiting" but no apology. As of today, nothing more than a shipping label has been created (ostensibly on 3/11/24) and the item STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED. "GEN" responded to an email (shocking, I know!) on 3/18/24 in which she/he? tried to convince me the order was truly on its way and that FedEx simply hadn't updated the progress. I have requested a refund. UPDATE 4/1/24 The order actually arrived!!! I haven't tried it yet but will update. Can't really change my rating because the customer service is appalling.

SCAM! Tried ordering a car sest cover and it never arrived. No follow up from company after emailing. HOW CAN THIS WEBSITE STILL BE UP?

Same scenario as everyone else on here...total scam! It's been a month since I ordered and still nothing.

2 and a half months after payment still no delivery. Tracking says it's in China.customer support emails saying they are sorry and not able to reach their shopping partner. Will ask for a refund aat this point but definitely has the makings of a scam.

I ordered a seat cover in early January, when I received the order confirmation it said that it wouldn't be ready for 2 weeks which they only disclosed after I paid. Had I known it was going to take that long, I wouldn't have ordered it. It's been several weeks now and they haven't updated my order. I tried emailing them, no response. I called their phone number at 604-424-6550 and it went straight to voicemail, telling me to send them an email. I went to the transaction in my credit card history and it linked me to some website called "Aunt Laurie's" instead of their actual website. It also said it was owned by a company called "Picture Source Somerset". All of it is incredibly suspicious - stay away. Huge scam.

100% scam. Do not order from them. Luckily have Chase with card purchase protection. Did a charge back to them. F em
